  1. It is too fast!!!
    Breathing is not only relaxing, it actually effect heart, mind, immune system even genes.
    Breath work (Pranayama)is a regular part of yoga practice, it means control the lack first(?),and yoga practice has used to effect mind and body a thousand years.
    (?)to show that reading exercise like,,,(breathing) have immediately effect to changing blood pressure, more importantly, they can be use to treat body reaction.
    (?)that control by the nursing system, it is a part by stress.
    example about highway,,
    In 1975,a book called relaxation response to show the short period medication using breathing and focus on the body stress response. By using your breathing, you can treat basic activity yourself with your mind.
    Breathing is not a answer to every medical problem, the breath is something should just below off, it is a powerful tour to influence heath and well being, and the best part is, it is free. :( tired

  2. This is kind of true, but I think not always breathing can be the solution , sometimes you just have to focus and try to solve your problems instead of just breathing

  3. Deep breath helps our brain full of oxygen so that it can work more efficiently so that the stress can be lessened up that is the main reason to affect positively to the body. I think deep breathing is a relaxation technique.

  4. Breathing is important. When breathing, people take an amount of oxygen to their brains, to their blood, and then the heart will pump blood around the body in order to provide oxygen for cells. That's why people die when drowned. Unable to breath equal to no oxygen for the brain which leads to the brain's cells will start "dying" and the brain will stop functioning. Breathing can also effect the flow of blood which relates to a lot of diseases such as high blood pressure or heart disease. Therefore, how we breath do effect our bodies.
