Student council

Hey guys,

             Recently we had our 2nd and last student council meeting with our international student councilor Ms. Cathy Blake ;however, we will have someone new as our student councilor. We talked about these 2 event.   

                                          Field trip 

For every LCC student one of the most important and exciting event is Field trip. Our next field trip is on March 5th  to Houston Rodeo. Everybody should go to this field trip because it's the world's biggest Rodeo. It will be fun and lots of enjoyment. If you want to go this field trip you have to do several things.

1. Check your Email daily because you will get an invitation Email from our respected program director Adam Chen.

2. Sing up yourself through that invitation Email 

3. If you want to go with Bus (provided by the LCC) just be in front of UH Hilton Hotel By 10:45 AM the bus will leave at 11 AM.
4. Keep some Cash with you for your lunch and other expenses.

* Tickets are limited so as soon as you get the Email please sing up for yourself. Remember First come first serve.

Culture festival 

In every semester culture festival is the most and attractive event that we have here in the LCC. Culture festival for spring 2016 will be on March 11 , in South Houston room (Student Center).  To make culture festival more interesting you( The student of LCC) can do several things.

1. On the day of festival you can dress up something traditional which is favorite in your culture and country. 

2.  You can cook some traditional food which is favorite in your country and bring that in the festival. 

3. If you want to hear some music from your culture that you like please bring that music in a USB drive, The music should not be a music video, just the song. I will collect the music until March 6th. 

4. You can not be absent on that day the classes will be short .
